Day 6 - Creating Space

Go through your wardrobe quickly. Remove and bag up anything you no longer wear.
Day 6: Creating Space
1 How did you feel? Part relieived part anxious that there's something I might want to wear again.
2 In what way did you find the challenge useful?
Remember even if the challenge was negative this is an excellent learning for yourself.
I do this pretty regularly so i don't consider it as quite so much a challenge as a necessary clear out.
3 What insight did you gain? Clutter and lack of space reflects on mind states.
4 What did you learn about yourself? i need to see order and uncluttered structure in order to feel the same internally.
