Day 19 - Approaches to creativity

Think of one or more things you would like to change and try each of the following approaches on it:-

1 Draw it changed

2 Make a movement now it's changed. Click on the image to see the movement.

3 Sound of change. Click on the image to see the movement and hear sound.

4 Imagine something completely different

5 Invert the thing you want to change
6 Think of the opportunities that would arise from not changing
These appear to be the same thing to me right now.

The story is about a sense of a place but anywhere really. The house just represents home. But as we've learned home is what we create ourselves and it can be anywhere we want it to be. So we'll make it in a beautiful place where we can hear the sea as well as inland water and woodland birds.
Day 19 - Approaches to creativity
1 How did you feel? I feel like the alchemist
2 In what way did you find the challenge useful?
Remember even if the challenge was negative this is an excellent learning for yourself.
I think it's helping me tap into something I'm only faintly aware of. I don't just mean doing this exercise in itself, but in doing all these things that seem to be bringing something into reality.
3 What insight did you gain? I'm not sure if it's an insight but I've been getting a sense all along of almost conjuring out of my imagination the things I want to be real.
4 What did you learn about yourself? Probably the alchemist is my motivating force. I like to see things change into something wonderful, or for something wonderful to come into existence, from apparently meagre resources.
