1 How did you feel? At first i felt some of the associations where really obvious. Later it seemed that the same stuff kept cropping up, and i felt there might be something i could learn from the process.
2 In what way did you find the challenge useful?
Remember even if the challenge was negative this is an excellent learning for yourself.
same as day 13. I am conciously taking stock of my situation and giving a structure to my options.
3 What insight did you gain? Still the same as day 13. I need to see the experience as a challenge to gain from and a situation to move away from.
4 What did you learn about yourself? Again, the same. I see this as a time of change and for once I'm being proactive about that change. I'm doing things that will make any opportunities easier to take advantage of.
